Global Competition Names Davidson Collection and Waters Edge at Delta Coves by Davidson Communities as Residential Collection of the Year.

Selected from a field of 600 entries from around the world, Davidson Communities’  Davidson Collection and Waters Edge at Delta Coves has been honored as the Residential Collection of the Year by the home building industry’s oldest design awards competition, the Gold Nuggets. The award was presented to Davidson Communities on June 22 at the annual Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco. Other honors earned by Davidson Collection and Waters Edge include Best Single Family Detached Home 3,000 to 3,499 SQ. FT.

 

Davidson Collection and Waters Edge is situated along the canals of the California Delta in Bethel Island, Calif., about an hour from San Francisco. This one-of-a-kind waterfront collection is comprised of three floorplans in nine different elevations and features a private boat dock for each residence, as well as water-centric architecture and interior design.

 

Waters Edge at Delta Coves was selected in February 2022 as the nation’s Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders’ Nationals Awards (“The NationalsSM”) and then again in April 2022 as Community of the Year by the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area.
