Atrium at EastLake Vistas is now SOLD OUT!

Davidson returns to EastLake Vistas with the architectural firm R. Douglas Mansfield, who teamed up to create the award-winning neighboring project Acqua.

This time around, Atrium features floor plans on a grander scale, ranging from 3,740 to 4,261 square feet. Homes feature design touches such as the covered bridge of residence 3 and the interior courtyards (atriums) included in most floor plans. There’s the open, airy feel of residence one with and expansive living/ dining area and a voluminous double-height ceiling. The dual covered decks off the front of residence offer a special retreat. Residence 3 includes a family room that connects the front courtyard to the backyard, creating the perfect flow for entertaining indoors or out.

With a backdrop of beautiful mountains and Otay Lake, visual pleasures abound at EastLake Vistas.
