Davidson is now offering three highly upgraded, professionally decorated models at Kensington at Del Sur. The 2,949 square feet+ models are equipped with courtyards and bonus rooms, among other upgrades. The homes are also near a new elementary and high school.
Completely furnished by Design Line Interiors, the Kensington homes start at $1.1 million, according to Bill Davidson, president of the Del Mar-based homebuilder. Kensington is within the master-planned, award-winning community of Del Sur and within walking distance of two neighborhood parks with pools, playgrounds, picnic areas and barbecues.
