Eleven August Sales at its three new home communities in San Diego made August the best month to date in 2009. Davidson’s top selling neighborhoods in August include Viridian at La Costa Greens in Carlsbad (5), Kensington at Del Sur in San Diego (3), and Clearstory at Rolling Hills Ranch in Chula Vista (3).
“Buyers were ready and waiting for new homes in Carlsbad and the release of Phase 4 at Viridian specifically, said Petra Eigl, long-time sales representative for Davidson Communities. “We sold four of the six homes available for sale the morning we released them,” she said.
“We look forward to a strong year-end, with construction keeping pace with sales demand,” added Bill Davidson, president of Davidson Communities.
